How to play: Click any of the buttons to turn the mouse and to move him through the maze to the cheese. Pick an object to represent the cheese. Pick one student to be the mouse. Hide the cheese while the "mouse" covers his eyes. The other students can give directions to the mouse to get to the cheese. Let the students take turns being the mouse and being the one giving directions.

Wat leer je: de leerlingen leren de woorden voor ‘draai links’, ‘draai rechts’, ‘draai je om’, ‘ga rechtdoor’ en ‘spring’. Deze activiteit motiveert de leerlingen om een route te plannen door de doolhof. Ze leren de zinnen voor aanwijzingen. Ze leren de woordenschat tijdens het spel.
Haal zoveel mogelijk uit de activiteit: klik op de muur, het hek, het water en de tunnel om de woorden te leren. Probeer verschillende routes in de doolhof, breng de muis naar het water en je hoort hem ‘Ik heb het koud’ zeggen. Breng hem in de tunnel en hoor hem ‘Het is donker’ zeggen. Klik op de‘ga rechtdoor’-knop wanneer de muis pal voor een muur staat, de muis zegt ‘ik kan niet verder’ of ‘dat gaat niet’. Hij zegt ‘danku’ wanneer hij de kaas bereikt. Herhaal de woorden en zinnen die je hoort.
Groepsactiviteiten: laat de studenten staan. Klik op de knoppen in het Muisdoolhofspel om de woorden draai links enz. te horen. De leerlingen moeten de aanwijzingen volgen. Wanneer een leerling niet vooruit kan gaan, moet hij/zij ‘ik kan niet verder’ of ‘dat gaat niet’ zeggen.
